If you are a student and would like to have access to  free webhosting via Cargo's Student Program or if you would like to add your web project to this listing, please contact Nicole.

Experiments in Seating: Exploring the Design Process through the Interrelations Between Meaning, Making and Material
In an attempt to integrate embodied and explicit knowledge, the thesis contemplates the design process through the relations between meaning, material and making through a series of exercises in seating. By diverging from the traditional tool of the Architect, drawing, meaning is derived through the active process of becoming.

From Behind the Mask: A Community Quilt of COVID-19 Stories
We are making a community quilt for and by the residents of the tri-city area of Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo. This is an opportunity to come together - while apart - and make something that will remain as a memorial, acknowledge inequality, and act as a starting point for healing.

Good Stuff: An inquiry into how we make the things we live with, and how we can make them better.
Good Stuff is a thesis research project that challenges the way that mass produced items are currently made to be consumed and disposed of.  The work looks into how things are made, how they are made to fail, how they can be modified to keep them from failing, and how we as designers can change our design thinking to create a more fixable future.
